Its a Game review this week for a game i've been playing for about a month now. This game come out for some time now, i'd seen it whilst poking around sheltec electrinics and thought that the cover was hilarious. At the time i was already playing Prof Layton and Phoenix Wright so this looked like an excellent addition to the whole detective game mosh-pit. ( thank you capcom japan ^ ^)
The story is basically about Sissel who wakes up to realize that he's dead and is now a ghost with no memory of who he is, at the same time he sees a girl at the mercy of a gun wielding man ready to shoot her, which is exactly what happens. A disembodied voice then asks you if you'd like to save her, in order to save her you have to use you "ghost tricks" to manipulate objects to change her fate. The ghost trick will allow you to go back exactly 4 minutes before the time of death the stop it from happening utilizing objects around you.
This game is extremely tricky but simple all at the same time, the game is full of puzzles and mazes you have to go through in order to not only save the heroine of the story but also to unlock the secret of who exactly Sissel is.
This game has some of the most fluid animation i have ever seen ever in any game ever made, you would swear the characters were real people walking around in your DS. Attention to detail is very important you have to have a sharp eye and with to pass allot of the levels in the game.
There are also allot of interesting characters you encounter throughout the game to help you with your mission and ghost tricks. For all players who like Mystery and puzzles this is the game for you, the availability of this game locally varies in most cases you may have to order this game in specially but it's worth it ^^.
